welcome-bags-wedding

There’s been a lot of wedding content on the blog lately, as ours is quickly approaching (less than two weeks to go!). I loved making these little welcome bags for our out-of-town guests to thank them for traveling down for us and make Toronto feel a little more like home during their stay. I’m customizing the bags to each guest for a personal touch, but here are some pieces they’ll find inside and I’m sharing some tips on how to spoil your guests below with Etsy

Neal and I wanted to get a little keepsake that wasn’t a cheesy Canadian souvenir, and these letterpress notepads were just the ticket! I love stationery, so I wanted to include a touch of this in each bag.

I love the Herbivore line (especially their bath salts) and just adore the clean packaging. We included some pampering products for each guest to help them relax over the weekend…

Coconut Oil Lip Conditioner | Calm Bath Salts | Hydrating Face Mist | Post Shave Spray

Add a sweet touch with some delicious chocolate in gorgeous packaging, and a little bubbly for good measure.

drake-cookies

What better way to welcome our guests to the 6ix than with Drake cookies? I just love these by the Bake Shoppe, who is also doing our wedding cake!

A just-in-case kit (whether they’ve had a sip or not), it’ll save your guests a trip to the drugstore and great to have on hand for emergencies. (Canvas Pouches: Etsy)

I hope you enjoyed this little peek at some of what our guests will receive on our wedding weekend next week! We’re also including a little list of our favourite places in Toronto to see, eat and do. I can’t wait to have our favourite people in town for a few days!! The countdown is on…

Thank You to Etsy for partnering on this post.Â
