Juicing has been apart of my weekly routine for a while now. I love the way it makes me feel — it sustains me throughout my busy days and helped optimize my health. I wasn’t willing to accept that tired feeling that crept up on me so often, so I decided to switch things up. In addition to juicing, I also take wheatgrass shots every morning (to boost my immune system) and chia seed – lemon shots (cleanses the liver). Juicing really helped me to retain my recommended daily intake of vitamins and lift my energy levels. I’ve shared a few of my favourites on Instagram and I’m expanding on the recipes here today (note: I usually eyeball ingredients and add/subtract to my own taste preference). Happy Juicing!…
