If you’re like me, the moment November hits you’re in full Christmas decor planning mode! I know some of you wait until Thanksgiving is over (in the USA), but since we’ve already had ours here in Canada last month, the only thing we have to look forward to are the holidays and that means a whole extra month of twinkle lights for me! We are going to be putting up our decorations and tree this week (especially since we have to photograph holiday content), so I thought I would share some pieces we have and love, but also some other decor ideas and pieces that I have my eye on.

We always get asked about our flocked Christmas tree and I found identical ones that is pre-lit here and here! We love how it suits our decor and the “frosted snow” look makes it feel like we’re bringing a part of winter inside with us. The way we make our home extra cozy this time of year is by layering different textures in throw pillows and blankets, along with an assortment of beautiful scented candles. Even if you don’t have a lot of space (like us, living in a condo), you can still manage to make it feel warm and inviting without it over cluttering your space. We go for neutrals in our decor, which helps open the space up a lot more, but we also like to add some touches of festive colours and prints like plaid, red and green in subtle ways…
