The flight from Toronto —> New York is only an hour and change, but this gal likes to fly comfortably. Here are some of my essentials for making the journey as enjoyable as the destination! I’m headed to the big apple next week, and could not be more excited to meet some friendly blogging faces, shop and see some great fashion. I definitely don’t walk off the plane looking like V.Becks (though I wish) – I opt for comfort!

A cute graphic tee like this one is perfect for travelling, because it lends some comfort. I always bring a scarf and sweater as well, because it can get chilly in those planes!

4. Starbucks Chamomile Tea
To calm my butterflies about flying of course.

I always wear a watch in case my phone dies while I’m out and about!

My phone — pretty self explanatory. I recently purchased this phone case, I have a soft spot for pink & gold, what can I say!

7. Kate Spade Agenda via Indigo, $36
This agenda starts in August 2013 and i’ve already begun using it. It’s perfect for jotting down notes as well. I don’t go anywhere without it, I still can’t use my phone as a calendar/notepad. I’ll forever be a pen and paper gal.

8. Vogue September 2013 Issue
I haven’t had any time to dive in to the September Issue since it hit the shelves, so I am looking forward to digging in to it during my flight, with no distraction.
