I recently joined the Tone It Up plan (love those ladies and their YouTube vids!) and since I’ve been getting back in to a more consistent routine of being active again, I’ve been obsessed with cute workout clothes! Post-workout, Neal and I love to go get fresh pressed juices and smoothies at Rawlicious here in Toronto (I usually get the tropical green or superfood smoothie). I live for hoodies — especially in the winter, and I just love the vibes of this one from Joe Fresh. It’s super cozy to wear to-and-from the gym. Here’s a little sample of a workout I do with my trainer (and maid of honour!) Paulina, when I alternate from the TIU workouts below to help you get movin.
