We’ve all had to adjust to a “new normal” over the past few weeks and today on our podcast my husband Neal and I are sharing how we’ve added certain “rhythms” rather than routines to find joy in this weird season. I was inspired by this book (you can find on my book list reccs for 2020 here) called Rhythms of Renewal by Rebekah Lyons. We’ll go through and talk about each one more in depth and how we’ve been applying: Rest, Restore, Connect & Create into our weeks.

We’ve really found this to be a great tool for both our mental, physical and spiritual health. I’d encourage you to listen to today’s episode if you’re looking for some inspiration (and no it’s not about being the most productive in this season) but really nourishing our spirits, relationships and wellness during the unknown.
