Prep: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes | Serves: 4 People

1. You’ll need Organic Quinoa (i just got mine from costco!).

2. Chop up all the veggies you have & love.

3. Poor 1 Cup of Quinoa at the bottom of a cooking dish. Add in your veggies on top. Then pour 1 cup of water over these ingredients. Make sure the Quinoa is placed at the bottom first, as the seeds need more cooking than the veggies.

4. Cover your dish, and pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 360. Take out & serve.

I love a kick to my food. I would have never thought to add hot sauce, but my friend thinks of interesting food combos, haha! Hot sauce is low-cal, and speeds up the metabolism so you don’t have to lack flavour, just because you want to eat clean. That’s all there is to it !
