In my last wellness post, I shared that I had joined the Tone It Up nutrition and workout plan. So far I have been loving it and I am still trying to stick to those goals while away on vacation (I keep a food log in my #Goals journal to hold me accountable). If anything, being away in a warmer climate motivates me to workout even more! One of my favourite ways to get moving is being on the beach — whether it’s walking, swimming or yoga — there is nothing like a great view to keep you engaged. I love, love, love Old Navy’s sports bras. They are so comfortable (I literally wear them everyday, even when I don’t work out). I wore this on the beach while on vacation getting my early morning workout in. My goal this year was to feel healthy and strong — it’s not about losing weight or being a particular number on the scale.
