TOUR THE NEW SS LIFE + STYLE

Welcome to the new SS Life & Style! I’m so excited you’re here. I teamed up with the fabulous Chloe Digital to fine tune things around here and make it more user friendly for you! My amazing readers! I wanted to take you on a quick tour of what’s new around here, so grab a cup of tea and get comfy…

Firstly, I’m so thrilled to have organized categories in the navigation bar above. You can now shop and view by look when you click on the preview images of each post organized in their designated category. Looking for my outfits? Click here. Curious as to where I stay when I travel? Look no further. If you’re looking for something in particular, you can use our new search bar located on the top right corner beside the “shop” link. The shop links to SS Print Shop (my stationery collection) and underneath a curated boutique of everything I’m loving. You will also notice a tab called: LIKEtoKNOW.it which is a service that helps you shop my Instagram looks directly to your inbox. All it requires you to do is sign up once (it’s free and super easy), and anytime you like a photo on my feed tagged with @liketoknow.it you’ll get an e-mail with easy to shop links of what I’m wearing.  It’s a super fun service I love using to shop my favourite Instagrammer’s looks. Another piece I’m excited to bring to you is my “current vibes” scroller you’ll see above the most recent post. Here you’ll find what I’m loving currently and great sale items updated frequently. The new design has still enabled the easy to use feature, where you can shop the pieces in my editorials and see related posts for more inspiration. The homepage hosts the most recent content so you can quick-view and if you’re interested, click “read more” to view the full look or shop the post. On the sidebar we’ll be able to connect even more with a live-feed of my social channels: Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. Just below “what’s happening now” is “the want list,” a curated feed of items on my wish list — usually investment pieces. That brings us all the way to the bottom where you’ll find the top trending posts of the week, my contact info and press. We re-designed the blog with awesome readers like yourself in mind to make visiting SS Life + Style a space to come get inspired and explore the areas of travel, beauty and fashion.
