Happy Friday loves! It’s a long weekend here in Canada (Queen Victoria Day, yes the queen is our queen too!) and for once I am so excited to wake up extra early on a Saturday morning because I don’t want to miss the royal wedding! Fun fact: I met Meghan Markle at an Instagram Dinner two years ago (we washed our hands in a bathroom together side by side, lol awkward) and then Neal and I had a quick chat with her after the event about “Suits.” She lived in Toronto for a while when filming the TV show, so it was actually quite common to see the cast around. She was very graceful and sweet when we met her and it’s so cool that she’ll be marrying Prince Harry this weekend! Needless to say I’ll be cuddling Lucy in my pjs yawning early tomorrow morning eager to see her dress and the stunning couple say “I do.” Are you in to the Royal wedding stuff? Let me know in the comments below!

That is so neat! She seems like a truly lovely person, so I’m super excited to wake up before the sun even rises to watch the festivities. I’m actually on my way to pick up some Sprinkles cupcakes for tomorrow. Two of the four cupcakes are the Royal Wedding themed flavors.
Wow, that sounds amazing! I think I’d be so starstruck – ha ha! I hope you have a great long weekend! Also, I do appreciate all the Royal stuff here, too! I’m excited to watch the wedding! Eek!
Happy Friday!

Watched the whole thing! I love that they removed the word « obey » from their vows and emerged from the church as husband & wife and not « man and wife ». This was an extremely modern and beautiful wedding, very inclusive of Americans and African-Americans. I also loved the simplicity of her Givenchy dress, which echoed the simple yet classy ceremony.
