Chia Pudding

2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

1/2 Cup of Milk Of Choice (I prefer Almond, Coconut or Oat Milk)

1 Teaspoon of Maple Syrup or Honey

Tiny little splash of Pure Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt

*place all of it in a jar and let it stay in the fridge overnight, top with fresh fruit, nibs, nuts (or whatever you like).

Spicy Hawaiian Pizza

Naan Bread (or use a pizza kit crust)

Marinara Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese

Bacon (already pre-baked)

Pineapple

Jalapeno

Oregano

Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes at 350!

Ginger Refresher Drink

Juice some ginger with water (your preference)

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Squeeze half a lime

*Add the ginger in!

Top with sparkling water

Slice up some limes to add in or garnish 🙂

For dressing we like: balsamic, honey/lemon/ACV or olive oil + vinegar!

Smash two avocados + spread on rye bread

Top with cherry tomato halves

Red Chili Flakes

Salt + Pepper
