I did beef but I also love it with turkey – you can also do it veggie style!

My mom sent me this video which is the recipe I followed to make these delicious apple turnovers. Click HERE!
2 Boiled Eggs (sliced)
Season with Salt, Pepper & Crushed Red Chili Flakes
Chicken + Broccoli Alfredo Pasta
Boil Pasta (I love this recipe with bowtie pasta, but you can use penne, rigatoni, whatever you have in your pantry).
1 Jar of Alfredo Garlic Sauce (I get mine from costco) and add my own spices to it.
Grilled chicken (you can do this on the stove top too and then add it to your pasta and sauce to mix in).
Grilled/baked broccoli to throw in the sauce as well!
Portion it out how you like for your family/preferences and just mix it all up together.
Vermicelli Noodle Stir Fry
1 Tbsp of Raw Honey
1-2 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
Finely Chopped Ginger + Garlic
1-2 Tbsp of Coconut Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
Heat Sauce with garlic and ginger on medium before adding veggies.
Sauté any veggies you like in the sauce – this works well with zucchini noodles, sliced carrots, sprouts, broccoli, mushrooms and bell peppers.
Cook your choice of chicken, tofu etc. on the side and then add to the veggies.
Soak the vermicelli noodles for a few minutes by pouring boiling water over them. Once soft, add to the wok with your veggies and protein.
Mix all together and then sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion. Serve in bowls.
